iSAPPHIRE is Regional Aircrafts internet based technical publications delivery system. It gives our publication users access to view, download and print their manuals via the Regional Aircraft customer portal.

iSAPPHIRE provides operators with their own customised digital online manual library. It is a customised web application which has been developed to provide secure encrypted data files with a high image quality and high speed retrieval over the internet. At the first login to iSAPPHIRE an Active-X style web browser will download automatically onto the PC, this will then allow our publication users to view their manuals online. To assist you we have produce a guide covering the IT requirements of iSAPPHIRE.

What is iSAPPHIRE View?

iSAPPHIRE View is the desktop application that has been developed to replicate the functionality of the web based iSAPPHIRE independent of any internet connection. It is the only method of viewing the downloaded manuals, it gives the user the same look, feel and familiarity of the web based iSAPPHIRE.

The iSAPPHIRE View application can be downloaded from iSAPPHIRE when downloading manuals. All manuals are download as compressed files, we recommend using the WinZip application to extract the compressed files.
